How long does delivery take?
From order to delivery we take about 3 weeks, the fastest of any fully customised kit supplier in the UK. From dispatch to your home it takes 7 to 9 days.
DPD says they've received our details but not the parcel. Is something wrong?
No, this is normal. It means your parcel hasn't reached the DPD depot yet. It normally takes 7 to 8 days to arrive at the depot, and DPD then deliver within 2 days. The status will update on its own once the parcel is scanned in.
My order number or details aren't working.
Check the order number exactly as it appears in your confirmation and use the WhatsApp number or email you gave us. New orders can take up to 4 days to appear here, so please try again shortly.
What do the stages mean?
Pre-design: artwork and layout are prepared. Printing: your design is printed on the fabric. Stitching: the garments are cut and sewn. Packing & quality check: every item is inspected and packed. Dispatched: handed to DPD with a tracking number.
The page says Packing & quality check but it's been a few days.
Your order stays on this stage until the DPD label is booked. Once it is, the status changes to Dispatched and your tracking number appears here.
Where is my tracking number?
When your order is dispatched, come back to this page, enter your details, then your delivery postcode. Your DPD tracking number is shown with a link that opens DPD with everything filled in.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed. Please note that tracking updates on this page can take 2 to 3 days to appear, so your order may already have been dispatched even if it still shows an earlier stage.
